works pretty well unhappy there is only 18 days worth
As an athlete, I used to take tons of LMNT and a few other salt electrolyte brands for my workouts and runs.
But I got pretty conscious about the additives that were in there so cut them out. Then I learned about pickle juice and found Fast Pickle. This stuff works just as good if not better than all the other electrolyte brands, tastes awesome, and is just natural pickle juice - doesn’t get any better than that. Can’t recommend enough
This pickle juice is a great product and perfect size, just getting used to the taste.
