As an athlete, I used to take tons of LMNT and a few other salt electrolyte brands for my workouts and runs.
But I got pretty conscious about the additives that were in there so cut them out. Then I learned about pickle juice and found Fast Pickle. This stuff works just as good if not better than all the other electrolyte brands, tastes awesome, and is just natural pickle juice - doesnât get any better than that. Canât recommend enough
This pickle juice is a great product and perfect size, just getting used to the taste.
I keep pickle juice for occasional leg cramps. It has worked for me for over 35 years!!! The small bottles are great for grab-and-go!!! Tastes just like real pickles... yummy! Does the job for me... cramps disappear in minutes! Great value for the money. Excellent quality product.
