Four (4) prizes total, all for Louder Than Life 2026, September 17 to 20, 2026, Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville, KY.
Grand Prize (one (1)): two (2) 4-Day VIP passes. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,834.00 USD.
First Prize (three (3)): two (2) 4-Day General Admission passes each. ARV: $1,002.00 USD each, $3,006.00 USD total.
Total ARV of all prizes: $4,840.00 USD. All values determined as of August 30, 2026.
Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise and all other expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of each winner. Prizes are not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are subject to the festival's own terms, and to the festival taking place as scheduled. If the festival is cancelled or postponed, Sponsor has no obligation to provide a substitute prize.
Four (4) potential winners will be selected in a single random drawing from among all eligible entries received, on or about September 14, 2026. The first entry drawn will receive the Grand Prize; the next three (3) entries drawn will each receive a First Prize. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Each potential winner will be notified by email and, where provided, text message, and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to respond, or return of a notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. A winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where lawful a publicity release.
All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of that winner. Every prize in this Sweepstakes has an ARV of $600 or more, so each winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must provide a valid Social Security number to Sponsor for that purpose.
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it believes has tampered with the entry process. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void. Entrant information is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing email or text is not a condition of entry.
For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1, with "Louder Than Life Sweepstakes Winner List" on the envelope, by October 17, 2026.
