1. Sponsor

Fast Pickle, LLC ("Sponsor"), 6688 Nolensville Rd Ste 108 #2015, Brentwood, TN 37027. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Louder Than Life, Danny Wimmer Presents, or any of their affiliates.

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

Begins at 12:00:01 AM ET on the date this page goes live and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 10, 2026 (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device.

4. How to Enter

Complete and submit the entry form on this page with a valid email address during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address. Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win, no purchase will increase your chances of winning, and there is no method by which additional entries may be obtained.

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize: two (2) 4-Day General Admission passes to Louder Than Life 2026, September 17 to 20, 2026, Highland Festival Grounds at the Kentucky Exposition Center, Louisville, KY. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,002.00 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $1,002.00 USD. Travel, lodging, transportation, parking, meals, merchandise and all other expenses not expressly listed are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize is not transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prize is subject to the festival's own terms, and to the festival taking place as scheduled. If the festival is cancelled or postponed, Sponsor has no obligation to provide a substitute prize.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received on or about September 11, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email and, where provided, text message, and must respond within forty-eight (48) hours. Failure to respond, or return of a notification as undeliverable, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. The winner may be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and where lawful a publicity release.

7. Taxes

All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. If the ARV of the prize is $600 or more, the winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 and must provide a valid Social Security number to Sponsor for that purpose.

8. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it believes has tampered with the entry process. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void. Entrant information is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing email or text is not a condition of entry.

9. Winner List

For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1, with "Louder Than Life Sweepstakes Winner List" on the envelope, by October 17, 2026.
