1. Sponsor
Fast Pickle, LLC ("Sponsor"), 6688 Nolensville Rd Ste 108 #2015, Brentwood, TN 37027. This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Bourbon and Beyond, Danny Wimmer Presents, or any of their affiliates.
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and their immediate family and household members, are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Sweepstakes Period and Daily Drawings
The Sweepstakes runs for the four (4) days of Bourbon and Beyond 2026 (September 24 to 27, 2026 | Louisville, KY). Each day is a separate Entry Period beginning at 12:00:01 AM ET and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET that same day. Entries received during one daily Entry Period are eligible only for that day's drawing.
4. How to Enter
Complete and submit the entry form on this page with a valid email address during a daily Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person and per email address per day. No purchase or payment is necessary at any point.
5. Prizes
Ten (10) prizes per day, forty (40) prizes total: each prize is one (1) 6-pack of Fast Pickle 3oz shots, shipped free within the 50 United States. ARV per prize: $17.99 USD. Total ARV of all prizes: $719.60 USD. Prizes are not transferable and no cash substitution is permitted except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Ten (10) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during each daily Entry Period, on or about the following morning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received that day. Potential winners will be notified by email and, where provided, text message, and must provide a valid US shipping address within seven (7) days. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
7. Taxes
All federal, state and local taxes on a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it believes has tampered with the entry process. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or submitted by automated means are void. Entrant information is collected and used in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Consent to receive marketing email or text is not a condition of entry.
9. Winner List
For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1, with "Bourbon and Beyond Sweepstakes Winner List" on the envelope, by November 1, 2026.
